$20 by March 15th; $25 by April 10th; $30 by May 10th at 5pm; $35 on Race Day
5K race on a scenic course through Reston, VA, followed by a 1 mile fun run/walk. The annual race, walk, and spinal health fair benefits research, education, and patient advocacy to improve spinal health care.
$300 first overall, $150 second overall, $50 third overall, male and female. Age group winners receive gift certificates.
10:00 AM start; Free for children 10 & under (medals for the first 25 finishers)
Join us on race day for the on-site Spinal Health Fair. This fun-filled community event is open to all ages, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Festivities include music, exhibits, refreshments, and free giveaways. There is plenty of fun to be had by your children at the Kids Corner and back by popular demand is the "Fun Bus"!
Corporate teams, school teams, friends and family welcome! Enter your team "Captain" during registration Teams may consist of any number of runners or walkers Prizes will be awarded to the three largest teams
Spinal Champions are important to us! If you have suffered from neck or back pain and have overcome it through either nonsurgical or surgical treatments, you are a Spinal Champion. Please remember to select the option during registration to receive your official Spinal Champion t-shirt.
