Beginning at Edenton Street Church and winding its way through downtown Raleigh, this year’s participants are sure to enjoy the all-new scenic USATF sanctioned course. Winding its way through shady neighborhoods and historic buildings, the route boasts a host of bands from around NC that will have your toes tapping inside those track shoes, and keep spectators’ spirits high.
You may choose to register for either the competitive 5K race with premium disposable-tag timing by http://www.precisionrace.com or for the recreational 5K run/walk.
Whether you choose to compete in the timed challenge, or leave your watch at home and enjoy a leisurely walk, you’ll be delighted to find that hydration stations dot the course, providing the perfect spot for taking a break.
Purchase a race t-shirt for just $5. Shirts must be ordered by April 9th.
From 9 months to 90 years of age, past participants have been inspiring to watch. So, bring the family, wander along with a group of work mates, or discover a new friend along the path. It’s a perfect day to lend a hand, a pair of feet, or the wheels of a stroller!
