Brief Description
The Mental Health Association of Westchester County, Inc. (MHA) invites you to participate in their largest community- wide event, MHA on the move 5 K Run/Walk & 1 Mile Kids' Race.
This fun, family-friendly event is designed to foster community awareness and appreciation for mental health and wellness while addressing the stigma often associated with mental illness. The morning includes food, entertainment, kids' raffle, sponsor exhibits and educational displays.
