New this year - minimum age to enter the race is 9.

Space permitting, register online after Monday 11/19, 4 PM Eastern time for pickup at Late Online table. All Late Online registrations before 12 noon are available for same day pickup. Registrations after 12 noon are available for next day pickup. Late Online pickup same hours as regular pickup.
If race has not reached capacity, in-person registration will be available the same hours & location as number pickup. Fees: Adults - $35, 18 & under - $25 through Wednesday; Adults - $50, 18 & Under - $25 on race day
From L.I. Expressway, Exit 36: Go North approximately 4 miles to Main Street, Port Washington. Turn left. Take Main Street to Shore Road. Turn right. Take Shore Road to Manorhaven Blvd. Turn left. Manorhaven Park is approximately 1/4 mile up on left.
Participants are urged to carpool, arrive early and park in Soundview Marketplace (on Shore Road) where there is ample free parking. Manorhaven Park parking lot closes at 7:30 AM or whenever the lot is full. Local roads close at 8 AM.
Top 3 males & females overall; top 3 wheelchair athletes and top 3 males and females in age categories: 9-12, 13-15, 16-19, then 5-year age breaks through 80+ Awards for pickup only. They will not be mailed.
All participants will receive a long-sleeved tee shirt. We make every attempt to provide the size selected when registering, but cannot guarantee size as we pre-order the tee shirts in September.
For the safety of all participants, baby joggers, strollers, skateboards, skates, rollerblades, bicycles and dogs are not permitted in the race.
