Directions to the Start - Manorhaven Park:
From Long Island Expressway, Exit 36:
Go North approximately 4 miles to Main Street,
Port Washington.
Turn Left. Take Main Street to Shore Road.
Turn Right. Take Shore Road to Manorhaven Blvd.
Turn Left. Park is approximately 1/4 mile on left.
Timing and Results

Road Race Technicians. Results will be posted at
www.flrrt.com.

Awards will be given to the top three athletes
overall, male and female.

Awards will be given to the top three athletes, male and female, in each of the following categories:

T-Shirts
All pre-registered athletes will receive a long-sleeve
T-shirt. Pick up your number on Tuesday or Wednesday night before race day for best size selection. For those who register on race day, T-shirts maybe handed out after the race.

Race Day
Day of Race Fee: $50
Bring your check for $50, payable to the
Community Chest of Port Washington, to the
event and complete the registration form on site.
Please note:
• Each athlete must fill out a separate application.
• Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
