5K Course Flat & Fast Measured by start2finish- USATF Certified Digital Clocks every mile Packet Pick-Up Packet pick-up (number, timing chip, and t-shirt) 7:15-8:45 AM @ N. Hempstead Beach Park Please arrive early. Awards Top Male and Female Overall, Top 3 Males and Females in the following age groups: 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 50-64-, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+. Clydesdale (200lbs and over) and Wheelchair award as well.
