What is it? 7 hours of non stop fun. Focusing on Mental Toughness and the ability to solve problems in a stressful environment. Combination of Beach Training, Running, Road Marching and every type of PT imagined in the Outdoor setting. Even tho this is Cross-Fit like/Military based, all fitness levels are welcome. A strong mind and a never quitter attitude is required.
