Brief Description

Take part in an officially certified 26.2 mile marathon and help support the American Red Cross of the Poconos. The Pocono Mountain Run For The Red marathon begins at 8am at Pocono Mountain West High School off of Route 940, Pocono Summit. Transportation to the start of the race is provided along with complimentary snacks and beverages at the start and finish of the race. We also have beverage stations every 2 miles. * The 5k Road Race starts at the Stroudsburg High School.

Race Day Packet Pickup

While we strongly encourage race participants to pickup their packet on registration day, we will be allowing race day packet pickup for participants who require this accomodation and who request and secure prior permission. The fee for race day packet pickup is $25.00. Payment by check must be made at the time of pickup. Make by check Payable to The American Red Cross.

The fast course was designed by distance runners and certified chip timing will be used for the event. Every marathon finisher will receive a medal.
