Brief Description

This ain’t your mama’s 5K! The Man Meets Mud Course consists of off road trails and grassy terrain with 15 outrageous obstacles to keep you having the dirtiest fun ever! Among the obstacles will be a slip n slide, a rope bridge, hills to climb and mud pits to crawl through, a cargo net to climb, tires, monkey bars and more! So bring your momma cuz it’s time to Go Muddy or Go Home!

Head South on Rt. 13 towards Pocomoke City, MD. Turn left onto Rt. 113. YMCA is approximately 1 mile on the right.

Additional Information

There will be a special kids only wave where kids ages 12 & under can participate for FREE. The kids course will be a shoter 1 mile version of the full course. Team Registrations (5 participants or more) Teams are the best way to experience Man Meets Mud. So grab some peeps, friends, bffs, bros, co-workers, or whoever and get your team registered today! Awards and prizes: King of the Mud – Fastest Overall Man Queen of the Mud - Fastest Overall Woman Best costume Funniest costume Best team name Most Spirited Team Dirtiest girl (aka the "muddiest". Get your mind out of the gutter.) Dirtiest guy (see above) Costumes are encouraged! Don’t forget about costumes! We encourage even the craziest of fun, but please keep it modest. The most unique/creative costume will receive a great prize!!!
