The Run for Roch memorial 5k race helps to raise scholarship funds to be awarded to a deserving Pittsburgh Public School student athlete in pursuit of higher education at Slippery Rock Universtiy.

Pick up race packets at Shiloh Street on the morning of the race.
Runners registering on race day must do so between 7:30am and 8:45am at Shiloh Street and Grandview Ave. The cost is $18 on race day.
Timing will be done by Mark Courtney through Runhigh timing system. Results will be posted at the race as well as on Runhigh.com.
No bikes, skateboards, roller skates, or roller blades please. Strollers and dogs are welcome. Dogs must meet leash law requirements.
A special tophy will be given to the overall top three male and female runners. Awards will also be given to the top three males and females in each age group. Awards will go to the local male and female within the 15211 zip code.
Men: 11 and under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 and over, local. Women: 11 and under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 and over, local.
This USA T & F certified 5K race is flat at the beginning and end with several gentle to moderate slopes in the center. The walkers course is completely flat. The panoramic view atop Pittsburgh's most famous, newly renovated hilltop road is breathtaking. Runner's timing is provided by Runner's High using the championship.
