BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Marathon and Half-Marathon are run on the same course. One loop for the Half-Marathon and two loops for the Marathon. Run entirely within the Gardens on the most beautiful course that you'll ever run! Past the Day Butterfly Center, Callaway Discovery Center, Sibley Horticultural Center, the Ida Cason Memorial Chapel, the Callaway Brothers Azalea Bowl and Mr Cason's Vegetable Garden. If you've never run at Callaway Gardens you've got a real treat coming to you!
The 5K is around Robin Lake - flat and very fast!

PRE-RACE:
Saturday-January 26, 2013 - noon to 5PM at the Circus Tent inside the Callaway Gardens beach gate. Packet Pick-up AND LATE REGISTRATION.

Mountain Creek Inn (host hotel) 800-225-5292 ask for the "Fitness Series" rate. Other Callaway Gardens accommodations include the Southern Pine Cottages and Villas @ Mountain creek.
DIRECTIONS:
From Atlanta take I-85 south to I-185. Take I-185 south to exit 42 (Hwy 27). Go left on Hwy 27 to Pine Mountain. Go one mile past Pine Mountain on Hwy 27 to Callaway Gardens beach entrance on your right. The Mountain Creek Inn is one mile past the beach entrance on Hwy 27 on your left.
