Brief Description
The Parkway Run is a 5K Running event and 2K Family Fun Walk that follows the scenic Ben Franklin Parkway and West River Drive. The event is held to raise funds to help cure cancer in children through research at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Last year's event brought together 5500 people in support of cancer research and survivorship programs at The Children's Hospital, raising over $500,000. This year's goal is to have 6,000 registrants and we can do it with your help.

What other 5K Run or Family Fun Walk gives you Breakfast at the Four Seasons following the run? When you sign up to run or walk, you'll be rewarded with the satisfying feeling that comes with doing something to help cure cancer in kids and you can enjoy a great Four Seasons buffet breakfast too.
We've added a new feature that will appeal to the many friends and family groups that register for The Parkway Run. Now you can register as a team in honor of or in support of someone important to you. Any team that registers 75 or more participants in the Run and/or Family Fun Walk by Sept. 17 will get their own canopy tent where everyone can meet. And any team of more than 125 will enjoy coffee and donuts in their tent prior to the Run. To set up a team, click on the Team Registration link above.
