Brief Description

Be sure to schedule the 3rd Annual Dru Sjodin Purple Elephant 10k & 5k Run/Walk in your summer activities! New for 2010: chip timing and free kids fun run! The race will kickoff the Chokecherry Festival, so come and run hard, then stay for an afternoon of fun. In celebration of Dru Sjodin, this event raises awareness and upholds intolerance of abuse against women and children.

Additional Information

We thank you very much for leaving bikes, boards & blades at home. Strollers are welcome. And, pets are welcome at the park, just not in the race. If you miss pre-registration cut off, you can always register in person at Trailside Park on Friday, 8/13 from 6-8 PM or Saturday, 8/14 (race day) from 6-7:45 AM. Fee increases by $5. Thank you!
