LoziLu is a super-fab 5k trail run and obstacle course dedicated to providing women an experience all their own all while helping patients with leukemia & lymphoma pay their medical bills.
LoziLu is a uniquely feminine fitness festival founded on folly and FUN. Challenge your strength, balance and determination while working past a variety of amazing obstacles including the fabulous, skin-enhancing, Mud Bath. Have your fun on the course and show up fashionably late to the after-party. Girls' Day Out!
With 10-12 obstacles on creatively crafted trails there is never a dull moment during LoziLu. Tires, wall climbs, cargo nets, and ladders create a bit of a challenge with balance beams, rope maze and a giant slip 'n slide to turn up the fun! Each obstacle requiring strength or courage are creatively crafted to be accessible to a variety of fitness levels, and every obstacle is optional if your nerves get the best of you.

Event schedule and times
The fabulous fun kicks off with the first wave of the day at 9am. Additional waves send off every 15 minutes. Hang out and enjoy great music after you LoziLu with an awesome MC to keep the energy flowing. LoziLu wraps up about 2 hours after the last wave begins.
