RELEASE FORM:
In consideration of the Marine Corps Aviation Association, the Marine Corps League, its sponsors, agents, servants, representative, licensees, contractors, successors, and assigns organizing and conducting the 5K Charity Run, held on September 18th, 2010, and allowing me to participate and run in said race, I hereby waive, release, and discharge forever said MCAA and MCL and its sponsors, agents, servants, representative, licensees, contractors, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action whatsoever kind and nature, foreseen or unforeseen, bodily and personal injury, damage to property and the consequences thereof resulting from my running and/or participating in said Road Races, and Covenant Not to Sue for any said injuries and/or damage. I give permission to release my name and address to MCAA and MCL. I realize that the event may be subject to cancellation at the discretion of the 5k Charity Run Committee and that my registration fee is non-refundable and will still be donated to the pre-determined recipients. I give permission for the use of my name and/or picture in any broadcast, telecast, or other account of this event.
