Brief Description

Presented by: Cuyahoga Valley National Park Association

These runs will begin at a different location each date and will be between 3 to 6 miles. Details will remain a secret until the run. The first 200 participants who take advantage of the $50 Series Package will receive registration for all 5 runs, a CVNPA membership and a commemorative Nike Dri-Fit long-sleeved t-shirt.

Additional Information

Current and new members ARE ELIGIBLE for the series package. For current members the series package will renew your membership for one-year at the EARTH level from the date of your current expiration date.

Friday, Oct 22nd ~ 9 p.m. ~ Howe Meadow, Riverview Road (SPECIAL START TIME OF 9 PM- Full Moon Run)

Tuesday, Oct 26th ~ 6 p.m. ~ Kendall Lake Shelter, Truxell Road

EVENT DETAILS
Cuyahoga Valley National Park maintains over 125 miles of trails through forests, meadows, fields and marshes. So you will be assured that the courses will encompass some of the most spectacular natural sites of your national park.

All levels of runners and walkers are welcome. BRING A FLASHLIGHT OR A HEADLAMP for the October 22nd Full Moon event or if you anticipate walking or running at a more moderate pace for the 6:00 PM start events.

Events will be held regardless of conditions - RAIN, SLEET, SNOW. These will be trail friendly events designed to allow enjoyment of the beautiful natural sites while preventing undue damage.

Results will be posted on the CVNPA website at www.cvnpa.org a few days after each event.

AWARDS
This will be a scored competition with points being earned after every run and an unique National Park appropriate award presented to top finishers. Awards will be presented to overall male and female finishers and top 3 finishers in the following categories:
14 years old and under
15 to 19 years old
20 to 29 years old
30 to 39 years old
40 to 49 years old
50 to 59 years old
60 years old and over
