Brief Description

This is a fun, mostly asphalt (short stretch of gravel) 5K run (3.1 miles) that includes rolling hills as well as flat stretches. The course was laid out by the Birmingham Track Club mostly in the shade along the road that runs by the scenic beaches and picnic areas of Oak Mountain State Park. 1 mile fun run/walk will utilize a portion of the 5K course. Race starts and ends in the parking lot outside the Magnolia/Sycamore Pavillions at Oak Mtn State Park. Timing & Results by Trak Shak.
