Total Nutrition Shop is proud to offer the only Pump'N'Run in Cleveland! There are various award categories, so you won't be going home empty handed! The bench-press contest is determined by weight & sex-males under 39 will lift 100% of their bodyweight, females will lift 70%; this percentage gradually decreases with age increase. The race is a flat 5K throughout the Cleveland Metroparks Big Creek Parkway, beginning and ending at the Total Nutrition Shop.
Get off at the Bagley Road exit, heading East. Take Bagley about 1.5 miles and turn left on W. 130th. Head a half mile down, and turn right into the parking lot of Total Nutrition Shop. There is a Total Nutrition Shop car outside!
Registration begins at 7:00am on race day! The bench press contest begins at 7:30 and goes until 9:30; the 5K sounds off promptly at 9:45am. There will be goodie bags, random giveaways, muslc, awards, after-race festivities, and an incredible store sale!
