Brief Description

Choose 1 of 3 events: Elite 5K Race, new in 2012, 8:15 a.m., open to runners with a predicted time faster than 25 minutes.Timing stops at 27 minutes. Next is the traditional 5K Running Race, 9:00 a.m., for those participants whose 5K time will be slower than 25 minutes. Timing stops at 60 minutes for the 5K Running Race. Trophies awarded in both the Elite 5K Race and the 5K Running Race (separate awards). The third event is a 2 Mile Fun Walk starting at 9:15 a.m. No awards in the 2 mile walk.

Additional Information

Registration and packet pickup available on race morning from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the Olde Mill Catering building in downtown Parkville. Registration and packet pickup also available Wednesday night, before Thanksgiving, at the Olde Mill Catering building from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. All walkers and children are strongly encouraged to enter the 2 mile Walk rather than the 5K Run. Partipicpants in both events receive the same long sleeve t-shirt. No dogs or strollers allowed in any event for safety reasons. All proceeds donated to English Landing Park, Parkville Animal Shelter, and Parkville Nature Sanctuary.
