Gold medals to first place male and female finishers, ribbons to age category winners, $100 Dogwood Cafe gift certificate to largest family and $100 Papa John's gift certificate to largest team. Also, $50 gift card from Happy Tails to first dog to cross finish line on short leash with owner (no extra registration fee for the 4-legged friends).

Celebrate Life & The Joy of Movement!

This special event celebrates life, love, family, community...and the joy of movement. Proceeds donated to local fire & rescue in loving memory of 17-year old Lake Monticello resident, Timo Husted Wright-- high school valedictorian, trumpet player, swimmer and cross country runner who at 17 was killed in a car accident.

Valuable Raffle Prizes

At check-in race morning, all online registrants receive a FREE $5 raffle ticket, good toward many valuable prizes! Or--register in person race morning at Pleasant Grove, 7:30-8:45 (raffle tickets not included, yet can be purchased for $5 each). Grand prize-- large HDTV!

More Useful Information

Plenty of free parking and refreshments. Beautiful off-road course through fields and woods. Registration may also be made race morning at Pleasant Grove between 7:30 and 8:45. Cash or check accepted. $5 raffle tickets available race morning (remember-- online registrants get one FREE $5 raffle ticket at check-in). Event held rain or shine (severe weather excepted). All fees non-refundable.
