Brief Description

Each year, three local charities that specialize in helping area youth, benefit from the proceeds raised with Jazz in the Woods. In 2010, the Marillac Center, Lee Ann Britain Infant Development Center, the Fox 4 Love Fund and the Overland Park South Rotary Foundation will be the recipients.

5K Run/Walk

The 5K winds though the beautiful Parkways in Corporate Woods. Live music will be playing on the Main Stage as you pass by to help push you to the Finish. Don’t miss yourself on the Big Screen.

T-shirts

Participants will receive a Commemorative Race Tee Shirt with their entry fee. Technical T-shirts guaranteed to all entries received by June 1st! Everyone else will get an Official Jazz in the Woods cotton tee. Shirt sizes are not guarenteed to those who enter race day.

Awards

Awards will be given to the Overall Male & Female Finishers and the Top Three Finishers in each age category. Awards will be announced at approximately 8:45 AM.
