Brief Description

Join ONYX, the Ottawa area’s young professionals group, in its 4th annual 5K run/walk! Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit the Health Center of Eastern LaSalle County, which serves people who do not have access to health insurance, do not qualify for state or federal programs, and who do not have the financial resources to secure the health care they need. Contact us to register a group/team at a discounted rate!

Additional Information

Varying terrains and scenic routes including paved side streets, the Illinois & Michigan Canal, historic brick streets, and the Ottawa River Walk. Awards to overall male and female winners and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd male & female winners in each division. Overall male & female winners will not be eligible for age division awards. The Racing divisions will be: 13 & under,14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and over The race will also feature: Splits at miles 1 & 2, Water stations provided, Electronically timed, Refreshments after race. All finish times and race results available online at www.starvedrockrunners.org within 48 hours of race.
