Metro Dash is a gut wrenching, muscle pounding, make you want to throw up obstacle course race. Entry fees are $50 for individual and $45 per person for team 4 athletes by Jan 6. Entry fee for Heroes Team Challenge 2 athletes is $35 by Jan 6. Registration fees include a race t-shirt, finisher award, and one hell of a challenging obstacle course race. Every athlete is timed and scored on an individual basis regardless of the ticket type purchased. Only athletes who registered for an "elite" start time are eligible for awards.
