Race Weekend Itinerary
Location: Camp Arrowhead Boy Scout Camp, Ona, WV 25545
Friday, July 26th
4:00 50K overnight campers check-in
4:30 to 5:30pm Kids Pre-registration
5:30 to 9:00pm 10k Pre-Registration & 50k/10k Packet Pick-up
Kids Races Will Run On A Rolling Schedule
1st Kids Race – 5:45
3 and under – Distance: 100 meters
2nd Kids Race?
4 and 5 yrs old- Distance 200 meters
6 and 7 yrs old- Distance: 400 meters
3rd Kids Race
8 to 10 yrs old- Distance: ½ mile
11 to 14 yrs old- Distance: 1 mile
6:30 to 8:30 Pre-Race Pasta Meal (Amphitheator)
7:00 COURSE INSTRUCTION MEETING for all 50k/25k participants (Amphitheator)
*Kids Fair- Kids Games, Health Stations, Inflatable’s, etc.
*Pre-race Dinner is included for 50k/25k and 10k registered runners (Guest tickets $5.00)
Saturday, July 28th
5:30 to 6:30am – 50k Morning Check-in (Camp Arrowhead Boy Scout Camp)
6:30 50K SHUTTLE BUS DEPARTURE
7:00 to 7:15 Approximated Bus starting line arrival (old Rt. 35/Frasier’s Bottom/Tasty Blend Factory)
7:30 50K Race Start Time
8:00 to 8:45 25K/10K Check-in/10K Same Day Registration (10K SD Registers not guaranteed shuttle to start)
8:45 SHUTTLE BUS DEPARTURE (Camp Arrowhead Boy Scout Camp)
9:00 Approximated 25K/10k starting line arrival
9:30 25K/10K Race Start Time
11:00 to 11:30 Approximated 10k Race Awards Ceremony
12:30 to 3:00 50K Post Race Cookout (Camp Arrowhead Lake Amphitheater)
50k/25K Awards will be past out as runners finish.?
