Come join us for the Kids Splash & Dash at Youngman Lake. This first time event will be fun for the little athletes and spectators.


Youngman Lake - is located near the Methodist Womens Hospital at: 707 N. 190th Street. Packet Pickup and race briefing will be held near the lake at the bottom of the park.


Parking - There should be plenty of parking at the Methodist Women's Hospital and we encourage this area. There is some parking in the park but it is limited because we are using this for set up of the Womens Triathlon the next day. Please - DO NOT park on the grass.


Splash and Dash Course - This multi-sport event consists of a swim in the Youngman Lake around a few buoys followed by an out-and-back run in the park.


** Distances may be adjusted based on the number and age of participants **


6 8 Years Old: Swim 100 yards, Run .5 Miles


9 10 Years Old: Swim 150 yards, Run 1.0 Miles


11 12 Years Old: Swim 300 yards, Run 2 Miles


13 14 Years Old: Swim 300 yards, Run 2 Miles



Team Relay (One Swimmer & One Runner) The parent will need to be a the "Team Captain" during registration.


There is only one catagory for this group. All Teams will be grouped together and the distance will be: Swim 300 yards, Run 2 Miles

Who we are: Race Omaha provides multi-sport events for Women, Adults and Kids in the state of Nebraska. We promote a healthy and active lifestyle for youth and adults one event at a time. We are a 5013 non-profit organization.


Refund Policy: No refund or transfers are given for any reason. Considerable effort goes into producing such an event and funds are expended early in the process to create this race. Thank you for understanding this policy.

8:00 - 8:50 Packet Pickup. Show up early to avoid the congestion.


8:50 - Race Briefing for all Athletes/Parents


9:00 - Kids Races Start
