Brief Description

MUD CRAZY at Dos Vientos! There are two courses to select from: 1. Short course is about 5K, 2. Long course is about 10K (1st and 2nd Waves). With both, you will get muddy- both courses are fun, yet challenging. Bring a change of clothes, sneakers and a towel.

Mandatory PACKET PICK-UP is Saturday, October 27th from 9:00am to 6:00pm at Road Runner Sports located just down the road from the park at 1714 Newbury Road, Newbury Park, CA 91320. On Sunday, October 28th, the first event is the Halloween Costume Contest at 8:30am. Top winners get FREE entry to next years race. Wave starts go off every 10 minutes beginning at 9:00 (9:00 and 9:10 are 10k, all other waves are 5k). 1st place man, women and team get FREE entry to next years race. The kiddie (under 10 years old) YMCA little mud run will be opened during the entire event and is FREE -no advanced registration is required.
