Brief Description

Please join us as we put one foot in front of the other and 'Take the Challenge' to walk towards a brighter future for all with PH.

Team Leaders

To create and join a team, team leaders will first create the team by clicking on the "Team Captains - Create Your Team" button above. You will then need to click the "Register Now" button and register for the event and select your team name from the drop down box on the registration form.

Team Members

To join your team click on the "Register Now" button and register for the event, you will select your team name from the drop down box on the registration form.

Individual Registration

Click on the "Register Now" button and register for the event. You will bypass the team selection and complete the rest of the registration form.

Online Fundraising

A fundraising page will automatically be created for you once you register online! You can then personalize your page and invite your friends & family to make a donation online. You can edit your fundraising page here: www.active.com/donations

OHF Walk raises significant funds and awareness for the fight against Oxalosis and Hyperoxaluria, celebrates survivorship, and honors those who have lost their battle with the disease.

Registration is free. We encourage you to raise money through donations. Registered walkers: raise over $100 receive a free t-shirt.

Walkers will meet at the Warsaw Ghetto Memorial in Riverside Park. Enter at 83rd Street & Riverside Drive. Proceed down the hill to the Warsaw Ghetto Memorial.
