The Chasco Main Street Mile is run 15 minutes before the Chasco Fiesta Parade. You will run in front of 150,000 spectators! The course is flat, fast, and you will get your fastest time.

A 100% Cotton short-sleeve shirt will be guarenteed to participants that register on or before February 23, 2012.
All finishers will receive a custom Main Street Mile Medal upon finishing. There will be no age group awards because of the Chasco Fiesta festivities & parade
Due to the Parade, all participants must be able to complete 1 mile in under 20 minutes.
$100.00 in Prize money to the first person to break the course records in each category: Award money will be given after the race is completed. Prize Money winner MUST be present, no checks will be mailed.
Elementary Teams Only! Please check with your childs elementary school if they are participating in the Marathon Challenge. The Marathon Challenge is open to elementary students only. Each participant is required to complete 25.2 miles before the race day. The race will be the final mile in their Marathon. Please indicate on your registration if you have a child or sibling participating in the Marathon Challenge so your entry will be sent to the elementary school.
All parents and siblings of Marathon Challenge Participants will have their Race Packets sent to the Elementary School their child attends. Please be sure to indicate the MC Participant's Full Name and School.
Registration and Packet Pick up will be available at The Schwettman Education Center: Friday March 23, 2012 5:00-7:00 PM Saturday March 24, 2012 8:00-11:00AM *Race Day Registration will end at 11:00. **Hours Subject to Change**
The course starts approximatley 1/4 mile South of the Education Center. Staging will begin at Schewttman at 11:45. The 12:30 race time is an estimate, and we (the race directors) have no control over when the N.P.R. police will let us start. The start is usually between 12:00-12:30.
