The 5K will start at 8:00am. The 10K will start at 8:30am. The Volunteer Express "Wunder" 1 Mile Fun Run will start @ 7:30 am.
Each participant will receive a 4 color front, 2 color back 100% Microfiber long sleeve technical training shirt. This shirt features "Syntrel" Extreme Moisture Transport Technology with a smooth silky feel and drape. It is also wrinkle free. This shirt will be one of the best, if not the best, you will receive at a race.
Pre registration and packet pickup will be available Friday, April 10th, 2011 from 10:00 - 6:00 pm in the lobby of the Ice Cream Plant located in the Purity Dairies complex @ 360 Murfreesboro Rd., Nashville, Tn.
Fast, flat certified MetroCenter courses that include both surface streets and the MetroCenter Greenway. 10K - Certification - certification pending 5K - Certification - certification pending CHAMPIONCHIP TIMING provided by The Nashville Striders. Post race refreshments provided. Door prize drawing for participants prior to award ceremony. Awards will be given to top 3 finishes overall, masters, grandmasters and 5 year age groups from 9 & under to 80 +. Overall male and female winner will receive a 1 year supply of Purity Ice Cream. PROCEEDS WILL BENEFIT "The Boys and Girls Club of Nashville".
