Brief Description

Dara Wittenberg is a USAT Level II coach and regular Level I presenter. She has been a multi-sport coach for 9 years. During that time, she has trained hundreds of athletes for whom triathlon, running, biking, fitness and health must fit into very busy lives.

Additional Information

This clinic will begin in the classroom discussing the priorities of swim, mastering movement analysis and secrets to measuring your athlete’s efficiency. We will discuss the most common errors in form and how to fix them. We will also talk about how to incorporate effective swim training into your athletes’ training plans. All participants are invited to swim as Dara takes everyone through a drill progression that each coach will experience as both an athlete and as a coach.

Nashville Level I Attendees and certified coaches earn 5 USAT CEUs for attending.
