Individuals that register early will receive a t-shirt day of race. Early registration ends on August 1, 2011. Individuals that register after August 1st, including the day of the 5k, are not guaranteed a t-shirt. There will be no charge for children under 2.
Registration fees are as follows: Early registration: $25 per person $50 per family up to 5, $5 each additional member collected day of race $10 kids race Regular registration: $30 per person $55 per family up to 5, $5 each additional member collected day of race $10 kids race
Registration - 8:30 am 5K - 10:00 am - Runners, walkers, strollers and wheelchairs. Kid's 1/4 mile race - 11:30 am – Lunch and awards begin at 12:00 pm *Kids activities include bounce house and face painting. The 5K will take place rain or shine and will only be canceled in the event of severe weather. This is a charitable event and Two Hearts for Hope will not be able to refund your donation in the event the race is canceled or you are unable to attend.
For our out of town guests we have arranged a group rate at: Courtyard by Marriott 103 East Park Drive Brentwood, TN (615) 371-9200 $84 a night. Room block available until Friday, September 30, 2011 under WALK FOR KAZ.
Runners will be timed on a central clock. Times will be recorded at the finish.
Awards will be given to: - Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers. - Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place kid's finishers. Superlative Awards: - Team that collects the most money - Individual that collects the most money. - Child that collects the most money.
Two Hearts for Hope is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the needs of orphans in Kazakhstan and Russia. We survive through donations and support from individuals and corporations.
