Brief Description

Come to historic Montgomery, TX for the 3rd Annual Running of the Bears, a competitive chip-timed race (5M or 5K), and a 1M family fun run/walk. ALL KIDS IN THE 1-MILE RACE GET A MEDAL!! All races will start by Ransom’s Steakhouse and be run over Montgomery's rolling country roads.

Presented by The Marion Franke Team. Trophies awarded for Top 3 overall male/female finishers in each race. MOISTURE WICKING T-SHIRTS (Dri-Fit style). Age groups from 10+under to 70+over. Medals awarded for Top 3 in each age/gender category in the 5M and 5K.
