Brief Description

Come to the hills of Montgomery for an awesome, challenging run! The 4th annual Running of the Bears is a competitive chip-timed race (5M or 5K), and a 1M family fun run/walk. KIDS IN THE 1-MILE RACE GET A MEDAL!! All races will start by Ransom’s Steakhouse and be run over Montgomery's rolling country roads.

Presented by The Marion Franke Team. Trophies awarded for Top 3 overall male/female finishers in each race. MOISTURE WICKING T-SHIRTS (Dri-Fit style) until they run out. Age groups from 10+under to 70+over. Medals awarded for Top 3 in each age/gender category in the 5M and 5K. 20% discount for 3+ in a family. We will also have DOOR PRIZES given out BEFORE the awards ceremony! PLUS... music and an awesome, festive environment. Come out and support the Running of the Bears!
