Brief Description

This 4.2Mile race is organized to benefit Hope Inspired Ministries. H.I.M vision is to reach chronically unemployed residence of Montgomery. The students of H.I.M will experience the opportunity to restore their dignity through life experiences, job specific skills training, internships, and bible education. 100% of the proceeds goes directly to H.I.M. Join us and commit to going The Extra Mile!

Directions from Birmingham

Take I-65 S towards Montgomery. Take I-85 N towards Atlanta. Take exit #1 Court St. & Merge to Arba St., Turn Left onto S. Union St., Turn Right onto Madison Ave.

Directions from Atlanta

Take I-85 S towards Montgomery. Take Exit #1 Union St. & turn Right onto S. Union St., Turn Right onto Madison Ave.

**Paper Registration Available**

Online registration is closed. However, paper registration is available up until the minute before the race begins! No increased pricing for any day of race registrants. Same price applies to all runners! Extra Mile (4.2miles) 18yrs and under $15, 19yrs and older $20. One Mile Run any age group $10. Sign up at any Adams Drugs location today, or 7:30am at the event! **Same pricing**

Last Mile Celebration

At the home stretch of the race (approaching mile 4) The ASU Band will be playing and cheering each runner on thru The Extra Mile!

Post Race Massage

P.T. Solutions will provide complimentary massages for each participant to enjoy after the race.

Race Route

The race route was designed by River Region Runners (R3) of Montgomery. A beautiful, challenging course of scenic downtown Montgomery Alabama, starting at The Armory on N. Hilliard Street. Water stations will be provided to help each runner/walker up some intense hills and towards the finish line!

Packet Pick up

Pick up your race packet and athletic shirt early! Friday January 11th 2013 @ Adams Drugs Copperfield. 7200 Copperfield Drive Montgomery AL 36117 10am - 6pm.

Race Day Registraion: 7:30am**SAME PRICE** 5k+1mile Start: 8:30am, 1 Mile Fun Run To Follow 5K+1mile Race (TBA) All registered runners will receive a race t-shirt, an electronic chip timed bib, & goodie bag with "healthy sponsor" related gifts. First, Second, and Third place prizes awarded for all 5k+1 age groups. Prizes awarded to all 1 Mile Fun Run participants.
