Brief Description

Neighbors In Christ (NIC) has served victims for over 20 years. victims whose homes have been broken into,volunteers go out to repair doors and windows, replace locks at no charge to them, NIC helps those domestic violence victims in need and move DV victims and homeless families into homes. NIC has a Youth Cutting Crime Program that brings our young people together to aid the elderly, single moms and disabled. Proceeds will benefit many more victims in our area and in surrounding areas.

Take I-85 South to Union St. Exit Turn right on to So. Perry St. First Baptist Church is on the right side of the street

Entrants will receive a specially-designed tee shirt (guaranteed only to the first 250 registrants). To guarantee your shirt size you must pre-register by April 19, 2013. 5K race will use electronic chip timing to insure accurate tabulations through River Region Runners. Awards for the 5K run will go 3 deep in 10 year age groups. There will also be an award for the Overall Male/Female and Overall Masters Male/Female. All finishers of the 1 Mile race will receive a finishers ribbon, with awards going to the top three male and female finishers and additional awards for children finishers.
