Registration: Register by mail (entries should be postmarked by February 6, 2010), in person at McCoys Outdoor until noon on the February 13, 2010, or online (www.Active.com) until midnight February 11, 2010.
Race day registration: At intersection of Broad and Canal Streets from 6:30-7:30 A.M.
Entry fees: Pre-registered - $20 Adult 5K through Feb 4; $25 Adult 5K after Feb 4; $10 Children 10 and under; Fun Run or MoonPie Dash - $10
Day of Race - $25 Adult 5K; Fun Run - $10
Course: Flat, fast, and UGLY! Certified course USATF # AL03036JD
Awards: Top three male and female Overall, first male and female Master, Grandmaster, Senior Grandmaster, and wheelchair. Top three Cyldesdales (200+ lbs), top three Athenas (145+), and top three racewalkers. Top three male and female in age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70-74, and 75-99.
Shirts: Participants registered by February 4 will be guaranteed t-shirts on race day. Late registrants and day of race registrants will receive shirts as long as the supply lasts.
Moon Pie Dash participants must register only if they want a shirt.
Post-Race Party: Food and beverages will be provided for all race participants.

NOTE
If the weather is unseasonably warm or cold, use the customary racing precautions with which you should be familiar and take advantage of the water along the course. Stop running/walking and seek help if you stop sweating and feel nauseous or dizzy. If you see a fellow runner/walker who appears to be in trouble, please stop and help if you can.
