$25.00 per event (all cyclists will be required to fundraise a minimum of $125.00 each).

Brief Description

Take steps to help build the new Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital. Run, Walk or Ride - you decide - but join us on February 14th, 2010 to make a difference for the kids in our community.

5K Run Award

All runners will recieve race bibs the morning of the event. The run will be chip timed by Accu-Chip timimg and must be worn to recieve awards or listed in results. Awards will be given to the Top 3 Overall M/Fs, Top 3 Master M/Fs and the Top 3 M/Fs in the following age group categories: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

50K & 100K Cycling Event

All rides will have police escorts with plenty of hydration and nutrition along the way. Ride bibs will be provided to all participants in registration packets that will be available at many TBA cycling locations and the day of the event. Helmets are necessary, but road bikes are not. Routes are currently under design so please check back soon with us soon for further information.

3K Family Walk

Bring the whole family out and walk for Joe's Kids!! Everyone in the family is encouraged to join and enjoy a 2.2 mile walk in the park while helping to raise money to build a new children's hospital. Food refreshments, bounce houses and more will be there. Dont miss out!

Spinning

Join your fellow spinners as they spin for a cause other then slim thighs! Classes will be held through out the day. Child care will be available for everyone that is looking to burn serious calories while contributing to the new children's hospital!

Additional Information

We will be hosting a 5K run on a USTAF certified course, a 3k family walk, and a 50K and 100K cycling event. All proceeds raised through this event will go towards the construction of the new Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital.
