Brief Description
The Premier Physical Medicine & Wellness Clinic’s Only Fools Run at Midnight 5K run/walk. The fun will begin Saturday evening at 10 p.m. in the Commons area of Lakeland Union High School. Music will motivate participants as they pick up their race packets and t-shirts. At the stroke of midnight, the fun run begins!
Additional Information
The race route will take participants from the local high school, down side roads to Hwy 51. From there the “Fools” will head into downtown Minocqua, onto the wooded Bearskin Trail and back to the finish line! Spectators are encouraged to help illuminate the course with flashlights or any other creative and crazy lighting. This race is expected to attract serious runners; however, the theme lends itself to bring out some fun and “fool”-ish behavior! Participants come from all over the midwest to run like “Fools” (costumes are encouraged) and be a part of an event that gives back to the community. A portion of the proceeds benefit local youth activity organizations.
