Brief Description

Come join the Ingram family in honoring the memory of Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) Melvin T. Ingram, USMC. The run/walk will help raise awareness of cardiovascular disease and money for the Willie R. (Bill) Ingram and Lt. Col. (Ret.) Melvin T. (Mel T.) Ingram, USMC Scholarship. The race will start in the BOE parking lot and will finish at the stadium field house entrance. The course is a gently rolling 1 ½ loop course run entirely on school complex paved roads.

Series affiliation

The race is part of the 2012 Black Bag Racing Series and the 2012 Run and See Georgia Grand Prix.

Shirts and Goodies

T-shirts are guaranteed to all pre-registered participants and as supplies last for race day participants. Plenty of refreshments will be available after the race.

Additional Information

Awards will be given to the Overall Male/Female, Masters Male/Female and the top 3 finishers in age groups beginning with 10 and under to 75 and over. Finish line management and results provided by Classic Race Services with results posted to www.classicraceservices.com, www.active.com, www.runningintheusa.com and www.coolrunning.com. Packet pickup will begin on race day at 7 AM.
