Walk

There will be a 5K walk along with the 5K run. Any participants who don't feel like they can complete a 5K run are still encouraged to register for the walk.

5K Run

This year we have added a 5K run that is RFID timed and will have overall awards and age group awards. If you haven't started training yet, lace up your running shoes and go out for a run today! Its not too late to start training!

Awards will be given for the following categories:

8 & Under
9-10
11-12
13-14
15-19

80 & Over

Awards

Overall Awards: Top 3 Overall Male and Top 3 Overall Female

Age Group Awards: Top 3 Male and Female Finishers in Each Age Group.

Free Admittance to Zoo Miami

Guess what participants? With your paid entry to the Walk/Run For Haiti you will receive a wrist band which will allow you complimentary admittance to Zoo Miami following the Walk/Run. You MUST keep your wrist band on following the event or you will be required to pay the posted price per person for entry into the Zoo. If you go home and shower after the event you must keep your wrist band on for reentry into the Zoo. No entry into the Zoo will be allowed until the conclusion of the event.
