Brief Description

The first half of the Eye of the Dragon 10k goes out and back along the tranquil Indian River. The second half sends you out and back over the Eau Gallie Causeway, providing a spectacular view of the barrier islands. We're sure you'll find the view, if not the climb, breathtaking. Or if you're not up to the full 10k, join us for the Tail of the Lizard 2 mile run or walk, which is also out and back over the Causeway.

Additional Information

25th anniversary of the 10k run. Commemorative medals to all finishers in 10k and 2 mile. D-tag electronic timing for the 10k run, 10k walk, 2 mile run, and 2 mile walk. Runners may run or walk events. REGISTERED WALKERS MUST WALK THE ENTIRE EVENT. Marshals will be on the course to monitor the walking events and will disqualify walkers who run during either the 10k or 2 mile. Technical shirt to first 700 registrations. This event benefits the Space Coast Runners Scholarship Fund.
