Brief Description

This is the second year for the event... Beginning at the main pavilion south of the Melbourne-BCC campus, each runner will cover 2 miles through the park back to the newly built Senior Center. After downing a dozen of the WORLD FAMOUS Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, the runner must cover an additional 2 miles back through the park and finish at the Main Pavilion, all under an hour. That is the challenge!! There will be teams (2 or more) as well as casual runners who are there for the fun day!

This event will benefit the Cardiac Research Institute at the Masonic Medical Research Laboratory in Utica, NY (Registration#: CH36722 - A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services by calling toll-free (800-435- 7352) within the state. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the state.) NOTE: We also invite all ADA or physically challenged, as well as our Disabled Vets registrants to register as CHALLENGERS in your respective age/sex!! You will be recognized in a special ceremony! ALSO.... There is an additional processing fee from Active.com for registration. This is a fee from Active.com and is NOT an extra add on fee by the event coordinators. This will show up on the receipt as "Processing Fee". Sorry for any inconvenience. ~~ The Management
