The Sacred Journey Hospice Foundation serves the hospice patients and families with special needs. Whether it is a crisis involving basic needs such as utilities and food or an emotional one such as making a dying wish come true, the Foundation strives to improve the lives of those affected by life-limiting illness. The Foundation also works to educate the community about hospice care and support the Hospice staff, offers scholarships to those seeking careers in the healthcare field, and hosts a grief camp for children.
