Brief Description
With the New Year right around the corner (yes it is), NOW is the time to make a plan to turn reach your personal health and fitness goals! This is a great program for someone who has been running exclusively on the treadmill and would like to take it outdoors, as well as someone who only occassionally runs outddoors and would like to take their limited running background to the next level. This class begins where Level I leaves off (you needn't have participated in Level I to join!).
