Fabulous 5K event!!! Run with Derrick Adkins, Olympic Gold Medilist in his own hometown. All Proceeds to go to the Malverne Educational and Fitness Foundation.

5K Residential flat fast and scenic. T-Shirts to first 150 Registrants. Day of Race registration and Packet and T-Shirt Pickup from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at Howard T Herber Middle School. 75 Ocean Avenue Malverne. ( Southern State Parkway to Exit 17 South, keep left approx 1 mile to middle school.
