Brief Description

The I CAN 5k is a great way to kick off the New Year with a renewed sense of spiritual and physical health. Everyone is welcomed to participate and all proceeds will be contributed to the Seminole County Schools Food Banks and local Food pantries. All participants are asked to bring 2 canned goods in addition to the entry fee to assist with immediate needs. This neighborhood course is appropriate for age and ability levels.

Additional Information

Awards will be given for the top three finishers in each age category. Categories include: 10 & Under 11-17 18-24 25-30 31-35 36-40 41-45 46-50 51-55 56-60 61-65 66 & Over Top 3 teams
