Brief Description
ENTRY FREE: $40.00 per participant. Entry includes: race across the Mackinac Bridge, official race bib, race chip technology, official race t-shirt, commemorative medal for all finishers, transportation to starting area, trophies for division winners and hot breakfast. Additonal breakfast tickets are available for $8.00 each.

CHECK-IN: Friday evening 6:00pm - 9:00pm and Saturday 5:30am for packet pickup at Mackinaw City Recreation Center,507 W. Central Ave, Mackinaw City. Transportation from race headquarters to starting area 7:00am - 8:30am. LOCATION: The race will begin at the Bridgeview Park at the north end of the bridge and will end at race headquarters in Mackinaw City. Transportation from Mackinaw City to the starting line is provided. (Please note, our start times are based on assigned transportation to start line, it must be around the same time of your assigned transportation time) CANCELLATIONS: No refunds will be given. AWARDS: All entrants will receive commemorative t-shirt for this event. Trophies will be awarded to the top 2 finishers in each category and gender. Award ceremony will follow breakfast at approximately 9:30 a.m. AGE DIVISIONS: Men and women: 14-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64 and 65 & over. No walkers or baby joggers. Runners must be able to run a minimum of 12 minutes per mile pace to race in the event. COURSE: The first half of the race is a steady incline with a slope of 5 degrees. The total length of course is 5.6 miles. FACILITIES: There will be restrooms at the starting line of the event and at the finish line, but none are provided during the course. You may carry your own water in a self-contained, litter-proof container. REFRESHMENTS: Hot Breakfast and refreshments will be available at race headquarters starting at 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. RESULTS: Results will be scored with ChronoTrack Disposable Chip. You must wear a chip on your shoe to be scored. Results will be posted on race day, or the next day on www.mackinawcity.com.
