Brief Description

The North Bay Charity Run is a non-profit event designed to support organizations within the community. The St. Andrew Bay Center has been selected as the recipient of the race proceeds. It is one of Florida's longest standing non-profit organizations. Their mission is to provide support and opportunities for people with disabilities to choose and participate in valued adult activities. This race was originally scheduled for Dec. 12, 2009, but had to be rescheduled because of weather.

Directions

A. L. Kinsaul Park is located at the corner of 5th Street and Montana Ave. If traveling North on Hwy 77, take a left onto 5th Street. Take 5th Street until you dead end into the park.

Race day registration will be available at the park. 5k Fee: $20 ; 1 mile Fun Run with T-shirt & race number: $10; 1 mile Fun Run without T-shirt: Free. Registration begins at 8:00 AM, 5k race begins at 9:00 AM, 1 mile fun run begins at 10:00. Awards will follow the Fun Run. In addition to the race we will also have a raffle with wonderful prizes (gift cards to Beef O'Brady's, Sonny's, Step Ahead Cosmetology School, etc., rounds of golf at the Hombre and Panama Country Club, and the grand prize is a 2 night stay at the Grand Panama). There will also be live entertainment, free food, and fun for the kids. Bring the family out and enjoy!
