5K or 1 Mile through beautiful Lake Park on packed shell road. Proceeds to benefit Congregation Beth Am and Buddy Baseball. "Buddy Dash" to be held for runners with special needs! Last year's event was a big success in its debut! Over 230 registered runners enjoyed the sun, shade and course route. Come for the run and hang out in the sponsor area with a bagel and coffee as you wait for the medal presentation! Help us grow the event to 350 runners and raise money for a good cause.
Run out front with the elite, battle with the weekend warriors or finish with the first timers! Runners last year loved the shade and hard packed shell road that's easier on the body than pavement. Perfect race to post your best time or try it for the first time.

Day of registration and sign in opens at 7 AM. Those registrering in advance may pick up their bib numbers and goodie bags on Saturday 11/3 from 5 - 8 PM at FitNiche at the Wiregrass Mall and receive 15% of in store purchases!
Buddy Baseball is a non-competitive recreational league for boys and girls with special needs drawing players from as far away as Inverness and Orlando! Each player is paired with a “Buddy” to assist the player as needed. The league allows friendships to form and barriers to be dissolved. Players enjoy the thrill of participating and get to experience team play and camaraderie.
CBA is North Tampa’s Reform Jewish congregation serving Carrollwood, Land O'Lakes, Lutz, New Tampa, Temple Terrace, Wesley Chapel, West Chase, the USF area and beyond.
