FOR RESULTS VISIT OUR WEBSITE ABOVE!!! It is time for the 2nd annual ALI SHUFFLE 10K run/walk! Through this historic event, the Muhammad Ali Institute is seeking to connect communities from across Louisville to promote health and unity and support important efforts in our city.

The Muhammad Ali Scholars are hosting the first Ali Shuffle Walk-Run in the city of Louisville, KY. The event will be a 6.2 mile journey in the shoes of our city’s biggest inspiration, Muhammad Ali, beginning at his grade school (the Virginia Avenue Elementary School) now known as the WEST END SCHOOL and going down his OLD STREET (West Grand Ave.), Muhammad Ali blvd, touring the beautiful Louisville River Front Park, and ending at the MUHAMMAD ALI CENTER down town.

Additional Information

In addition to raising funds for the Muhammad Ali Scholars peace, justice, and community involvement program at UofL— the run will also provide opportunities for other groups to raise money through sponsored participation in the event. The Ali Scholars will spend learn about peace building, social justice, and sustainable community development. They will travel abroad and use their insights and knowledge they have gained through the Ali Scholars Program to implement a project of their own to benefit the Greater Louisville community. We encourage and welcome individuals, organizations, schools, businesses and all people of good will in the Louisville community to join us in this effort.
